1. Our services
The Thinking Table Ltd provides space to think, practical support and useful conversations for individuals and businesses.
Our services include The Thinking Table Conversation, business and process support, and other services designed to help you gain clarity, find a way forward and get things done.
Details of each service, including what is included and the price, will be agreed with you before the service begins.
2. Booking and payment
For one-to-one sessions and other services booked directly with The Thinking Table, payment arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment is due in accordance with the invoice or booking confirmation provided.
For ongoing business support, the scope of work, agreed day rate or project fee, working arrangements and payment terms will be agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Cancellations and rearranging sessions
The Thinking Table understands that things sometimes crop up.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a Thinking Table session, please give as much notice as possible.
Where a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the session fee may still be payable. This won't apply where there are exceptional circumstances, and I'll always aim to deal with these situations reasonably.
4. Business support and project work
For business support or project work, the work to be undertaken will be agreed with you beforehand.
If requirements change or additional work is requested, I will discuss this with you before carrying out work that would result in additional charges.
The Thinking Table won't surprise you with an unexpected bill.
5. Our approach
The Thinking Table is about creating space to think, having useful conversations and providing practical support.
The Thinking Table will always work professionally, honestly and with respect for your business and your information.
Any advice, suggestions or recommendations provided are based on the information available to me at the time. You remain responsible for decisions made within your business.
6. Confidentiality
Information shared with The Thinking Table in the course of providing services will be treated as confidential, subject to any legal or regulatory requirements that may require disclosure.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Products and digital downloads
Where The Thinking Table sells physical products, digital products, workbooks or downloadable materials, the applicable price and product information will be provided before purchase.
Digital products are supplied for the purchaser's personal use or for use within their own business and should not be reproduced, resold or distributed without permission.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Where a refund is appropriate, this will be dealt with in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase.
For digital products, any applicable cancellation and refund rights will be explained at the point of purchase.

Existing agreed work will not be changed without discussion.
